Today is national frappe day! Penn State students banded together to fight against the biggest first world problem: clowns. For Halloween, a creationist group isn't passing out candy, instead they're passing out pamphlets telling kids why they are going to hell. #waronhalloween
Also, Rep. Curt Webb (R) debates David Clark (D), who are both running for District 5 House of Representatives. They debated Medicaid expansion, public education, medical marijuana, and Planned Parenthood.
