Episode 2 of Beastlore is about the theories that have been put forth to explain what Bigfoot is. Host Jack Daly explains this wide spectrum of belief, which includes the theories that Bigfoot is a remnant of Gigantopithecus which is an ancient giant ape which is believed to be extinct, that Bigfoot is a hominin, that Bigfoot is related to the Nephilim giants from the Bible, and that Bigfoot is able to access the quantum level of reality which might explain some of the supernatural abilities they are reported to exhibit.

Beastlore is a podcast about monsters and cryptid creatures from folklore spanning the globe, and this first episode is a fascinating listen.
